Our story at a glance
Since its founding in 1958, Interparking has followed a successful path. Founded by Claude De Clercq in Brussels, the company headquarters remain based in the heart of Europe.
For over six decades, Interparking has been delivering customer-focused parking solutions across Europe. We understood early on that motorists were looking for more than just a parking spot – they sought an optimal customer experience. Interparking achieves this by providing accurate information, friendly service staff, and state-of-the-art technological innovations to guide parkers to their destinations.
Thanks to our strong shareholder structure, with AG Insurance and its subsidiary AG Real Estate holding 61% of Interparking shares and the Dutch pension fund APG holding 39% as of 31/12/24, we can guarantee long-term continuity for our projects and cooperation agreements.

We are committed to achieving strategic Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives as we are convinced these will positively impact people (our internal and external stakeholders), the economy, and the environment. Our strategy supports the United Nations Sustainable Goals, an agenda that sets targets to be met by 2030 through ambitious but realistic goals. Together with our stakeholders, we identified key ESG topics, focusing on community Engagement; green mobility; Co2 emissions management; air quality management; digitalised mobility and employee health, safety & Wellbeing.

Strategic Report
In 2024, Interparking signed a strategic agreement with Saba, which, pending regulatory approval, will significantly expand its international footprint. The company also continued to invest in sustainable infrastructure, notably with the rollout of 700 electric charging stations at Brussels Airport. Several new sites were added across Europe, including in Poland, Germany, and France.
